Technology and E-CommerceFor decades, LJS has conducted research on technology at all stages of development and marketing. Our research has helped to guide the development of new products in terms of marketability and usability and to understand technology purchasers and end-users in both commercial and consumer markets. LJS began conducting online surveys to monitor E-commerce in 1999. At the time, few statistics were available to track this rapidly evolving market. Soon after, we began studying the synergy between online and offline retailing. Since then, we have conducted many proprietary studies on e-commerce for multi-channel retailers.
